DESCRIPTION:Chelsey Hillier is a Geoscience Manager with Prairie Lithium. She has 16 years of experience in International energy resource development and is a Professional Geologist registered with APEGA and APEGS. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology with Honours\, from the University of Regina. \nChelsey’s had formal training in and used different styles of project management throughout her career\, including Predictive Project Management and Agile Project Management. Project management techniques can be used at all levels within an organization and for achieving individual goals. In this presentation she will share some of her experiences and resources that may help you decide how to approach your projects and achieve your goals.
