(self-assessment)\nThe role of power in relationships to create a motivating environment\nTop Drivers of engagement and retention\n\nThis course will be hosted on the Microsoft Teams Platform.  Meeting links will be sent on March 17\, 2023. \nCertificates of Attendance will be issued to full attendance participants.  This course is eligible for Formal Activity CPD credit and is subject to the APEGS PD Days Pricing Policy. \nPresented by: David Smith – Logia Consulting \nDave Smith is a leadership consultant and coach from Saskatoon who also has decades of experience leading organizations and large teams including multiple start-ups and one of Canada’s ’50 Best Managed Companies’. He has served as CEO and a SME business owner. With his passion for ‘greenfield’ business launches\, he was honored to be on the founding leadership teams of two Canadian financial services companies and on several Boards. \nSince 2009\, he has served as a coach & mentor to over 300 leaders and their teams in large multi-national corporations\, SMEs\, private and family enterprises.
