This presentation walks attendees through the concept of major occupancy classification and provides an example with the steps to classifying a building. \nPresenter: Felicia Campbell is the Director of Construction Codes and Standards with the Building and Technical Standards (BTS) Branch of the Ministry of Government Relations. She has 15 years of experience in the building industry\, and she holds both a Professional Engineer designation and a Class 3 Building Official Licence. Felicia has spent most of her career as a structural engineer and code consultant\, working on a variety of projects and guiding clients through complex technical requirements.
