Continuing Professional Development

The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program requires APEGS members to complete ongoing professional development activities to maintain and improve their competence. It encourages members to engage in lifelong learning to protect public health, safety, and welfare. The program provides tools for members to assess their current skills, knowledge, and abilities, determine activities to maintain or enhance them and report completed activities online to APEGS as professional development credits. 2021 CPD Reporting Compliance Review Results

The deadline for members to report their 2021 CPD information to APEGS was Jan. 31, 2022.  APEGS is pleased to say that compliance with the CPD Program is improving since the required reporting program began in 2019.  Here’s a look at the numbers as of February 1, 2022:
