This workshop series will provide a comprehensive yet practice-oriented exploration of modern site investigation methods, laboratory and in-situ testing, geophysical surveys, instrumentation systems, monitoring strategies, data interpretation, and emerging digital technologies. Through real-world case histories and technical presentations from leading practitioners and researchers, attendees will gain valuable insights applicable to water dams, hydropower facilities, tailings dams, transportation infrastructure, pipelines, buildings, and other geotechnical projects.

This presentation will start with an overview of P compounds, the processes that govern the cycling of these P compounds, and the methods used to characterize P forms and pools. The second half of the talk will present results of Dr. Cade-Menun’s various projects studying P cycling in southern Saskatchewan.
