This workshop series will provide a comprehensive yet practice-oriented exploration of modern site investigation methods, laboratory and in-situ testing, geophysical surveys, instrumentation systems, monitoring strategies, data interpretation, and emerging digital technologies. Through real-world case histories and technical presentations from leading practitioners and researchers, attendees will gain valuable insights applicable to water dams, hydropower facilities, tailings dams, transportation infrastructure, pipelines, buildings, and other geotechnical projects.

Building and Technical Standards will host free workshops in Regina and Saskatoon to highlight the significant changes to the 2025 codes. “Surety Bonds in Action: An Introduction to Construction Surety Bond Claims” builds upon topics introduced in “Construction Surety Bonds: A Primer for Project Engineers”. The fall ceremony The Calling of an Engineer for Camp 4 Saskatoon, will be held Saturday November 21. Eligible candidates will be receiving their rings as recognition of making their obligation to ethical professional conduct.
