APEGS Fall PD Days – Investigations with APEGS

November 8, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Individuals licensed with APEGS are required to practice competently and ethically. The purpose of an investigation is to determine whether there is a basis for the Discipline Committee to hear and determine a formal complaint of professional misconduct or professional incompetence and apply the appropriate order (penalty). How does the process work? What are the common issues that lead to a complaint? What are the typical outcomes?
