Event Summary
This presentation will focus on how supervisors and validators can guide a member-in-training through gaining and submitting work experience to APEGS. APEGS uses a competency-based evaluation process to assess work experience for the purpose of licensure. The skills required for professional practice span across several key competency categories, including:

- Social, economic, environmental and sustainability
- Personal continuing professional development
