Saskatchewan Construction Dispute Resolution Office (SCDRO) Adjudication Session

This 4-hour in-person session will provide insight into the Adjudication Process that is included in the Prompt Payment Legislation. The Session will be provide by the Construction Association.
Adjudication provides teeth to the Prompt Payment legislation, learn about the process, understand its function and know your options!
