Event Summary
This presentation examines how integrated, low-impact terrain mapping and geotechnical investigation techniques were used to characterize peatlands along the Webequie Supply Road corridor in Northern Ontario. It highlights the role of these methods in supporting route selection, engineering design, and environmental assessment for one of Canada’s most significant Indigenous-led transportation infrastructure projects.
