Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Survey

APEGS is surveying engineers and geoscientists this month as a part of a project examining its role as a regulator in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the professions. APEGS aims to provide progressive regulation that unites the needs of a diverse public with the practice of its members toward the betterment of society and the sustainability of the professions.

The insights and perspectives that engineers and geoscientists will provide through the survey and subsequent focus groups will allow APEGS to gauge equity, diversity and inclusion awareness levels among engineering and geoscience professionals, explore challenges in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in the professions, and develop possible regulatory solutions in response.

Members can watch for an email from Insightrix Research Inc. for the opportunity to share their ideas and experiences regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion within the engineering and geoscience professions in Saskatchewan.
